Problems with your Phone??
If you are having issues with your phone as far a freezes, battery life and or usage; follow the following steps to get your phone back up running.......
1. Power OFF the phone, and remove the battery for 1 Min!!
2. Place battery back into phone and turn it on.
3. Go to your settings and make sure you update your phone software on your device (see instructions for details)
4. Place a test call to make sure your phone is properly working.
